Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using DIGITALISTA AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your country. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may require verification or restrict access to protect users, the platform or legal compliance.
Photos, references and permissions
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Ajete Digital a limited licence to host, process, transform and deliver that content only as needed to operate the features you request. You must have the rights and consent necessary for every person, image, video, audio track, link or other reference you submit.
Do not upload private-account content without permission, bypass access controls, impersonate others, or use another person's face in a deceptive, abusive or unlawful way.
Acceptable use
You may not use DIGITALISTA AI to create, request, distribute or facilitate:
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors or exploitative imagery.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, hate, threats or targeted abuse.
- Fraud, identity theft, deceptive impersonation or harmful political manipulation.
- Illegal goods, instructions for serious wrongdoing or infringement of third-party rights.
- Malware, automated scraping, credential attacks, rate-limit bypassing or service disruption.
We may moderate inputs and outputs and may suspend accounts or remove content when necessary.
AI creations
AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or resemble existing material. Review every creation before publishing or using it commercially. We do not guarantee exclusivity, identity-perfect output, legal suitability or availability for a particular purpose. Never present synthetic media as authentic evidence where doing so could mislead or harm others.
Credits, subscriptions and purchases
Digital features consumed in the iOS app are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Prices are displayed by Apple in your local currency. Credits are a limited licence to request eligible operations; they are not money, cannot be transferred and have no cash value. Generation costs may vary by operation and are displayed before creation.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before renewal. Billing, refunds and cancellation are governed by Apple's applicable terms and law. Failed jobs are refunded or released according to the server-authoritative wallet record.
Community publishing
You remain responsible for content you publish. By deliberately sharing a creation to the community, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the service until you remove it. We may remove content, limit distribution or act on reports to keep the community safe.
Availability and liability
The service may change, pause or experience delays, especially during AI processing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIGITALISTA AI is provided without warranties not expressly stated here. Ajete Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss caused by use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and contact
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, safety risks, fraud or legal requirements. Questions or disputes should first be sent to developer@ajetedigital.comso we can attempt a prompt resolution.
