Your app licence
The Mac App Store edition of DIGIUP is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement. That agreement and the applicable App Store terms govern your app licence; these product terms do not replace them or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
DIGIUP Pro subscriptions
The app offers monthly and annual auto-renewable DIGIUP Pro subscriptions. An active subscription is required to unlock the workspace. Review the price, currency, period and any offer displayed by Apple before confirming your purchase.
Payment and renewal are handled through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app or removing an optional DIGIUP profile does not cancel renewal.
Restore Purchases can recover eligible access using the same Apple Account. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable terms.
Your media and AI results
You retain your rights to your source media. You are responsible for having the permissions needed to process and use it, including any third-party content. DIGIUP processes media locally; it is not a cloud storage or backup service. Keep a separate copy of important originals.
Upscaling, restoration and colourisation can infer plausible pixels, facial details or colours. Results depend on the source and selected settings and may introduce errors. An enhanced result is not evidence of authentic historical detail and should not be treated as a forensic reconstruction.
