On-device enhancement
DIGIUP processes videos and images locally using models included with the app. Source files are read from locations you select. Exports are saved to a destination you choose; previews, caches and projects remain on your Mac. DIGIUP does not upload your media, faces, thumbnails or enhancement results to Ajete Digital or an AI provider.
The Mac App Store edition is sandboxed. It uses macOS file permissions to access the files and output locations you authorize.
No tracking or advertising
DIGIUP has no advertising, analytics SDK, third-party crash-reporting service or usage telemetry. Ajete Digital does not receive an automatically collected dataset about your use of the app and does not sell or use your media to train AI models.
Optional Sign in with Apple
A DIGIUP profile is optional. Apple performs authentication; DIGIUP never receives your Apple password. The name and email address you choose to share are stored locally in your Mac’s Keychain, not sent to an Ajete Digital account server.
A non-reversible identifier derived from your Apple user ID may be attached to new Apple purchases to associate them with the local profile. Removing the profile deletes its locally stored information; it does not cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions handled by Apple
Mac App Store subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple. DIGIUP uses Apple’s verified transaction and subscription status to validate access. Ajete Digital does not receive your payment card details. Apple’s account, authentication and purchase processing is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Support messages and your choices
If you voluntarily email support, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you send and use them to answer your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details or private media. This correspondence is separate from the app’s local processing.
You control your original files and exports. Use the app’s controls to remove a local profile or projects, and Finder to manage files you saved. For questions or requests concerning information you sent to support, contact developer@ajetedigital.com.
Changes and contact
DIGIUP is a media creation tool, not a service directed at children. Changes to this policy will be published here with a new effective date.
