Email developer@ajetedigital.com. Include your Mac model, macOS version, DIGIUP version, the steps that led to the problem and any error message. We aim to reply within two business days.
Never send your Apple password, payment card details or private keys. Please do not attach private photos or videos; a description and a screenshot without personal details are usually enough.
Start with a preview
Use an Apple silicon Mac with macOS 14 or later and enough free space for the output. A 2× upscale contains four times the original pixels; 4× contains sixteen times as many.
Import a MOV or MP4 video, choose a mode and scale, then select Generate 5s Preview. Compare the source and enhanced clip before exporting. In Images, import a PNG, JPEG or HEIC, choose your enhancement settings and run Enhance image to compare the result.
Export to a new file and keep your original. All AI media processing takes place on your Mac.
Subscriptions and Restore Purchases
DIGIUP Pro is required to unlock the workspace. Choose the monthly or annual subscription in the app. Sign in with Apple for a DIGIUP profile is optional and is not a substitute for an active subscription.
Already subscribed? Sign in to the Mac App Store with the Apple Account used for the purchase, then select Restore Purchases in DIGIUP’s subscription or Account screen. Check your internet connection so Apple can verify the transaction.
Manage or cancel renewal in your Apple Account subscription settings. Removing the app or a DIGIUP profile does not cancel the subscription. For billing or refunds, use Apple’s purchase support.
Quality and export troubleshooting
If a restored image looks too smooth, reduce noise cleaning and compare a lower restoration strength. AI restoration and colourisation can infer plausible details and colours; they cannot establish what was historically present.
For a failed export, check free disk space, destination permissions and the reported format limitation. Some combinations, including Dolby Vision, HDR with motion interpolation, or ProRes in MP4, are deliberately rejected rather than producing an invalid file. Send the exact error, source resolution, format and selected settings to support.
If a model is unavailable in your installed version, its associated mode may be disabled. Consult Models in DIGIUP to see the local models available.
